“How do I flush toxins out of my body?”
“How do I get healthier skin?”
I don’t think this is that great actually. I mean, if you look at it, all that stuff cannot be more than 1000 calories/day. You need at LEAST 1200 to not be starving!
But I’m no expert or dietician, so I could be wrong. Everyone’s gonna do what they want anyway.
