Cons to <500 calories a day: sadness, fast weight gain after binges, obsessive weighing, form of self-harm, mood swings, self-punishment after eating, shaking, dizziness, hair loss, hunger, no indulgences EVER, super strict, hard time completing workouts, crying.
So I’ve been binging for a week, not working out for 3 days, I feel like shit. I gained 10 pounds in 5 days. I hate myself for it. But I need to get back on my fucking horse.
eat clean. get lean. simple as that.
(I have ednos, and am currently trying to eat between 700-1000 calories a day to up my previously disordered eating habits at 500 calories, usually 300 a day.)
the benefits are so much more when I try and eat and work out. I have to do it. I have to fix my life again.
