I think I have to increase my calorie intake to keep losing weight.
I’ve been keeping under 500 cals, like 6 days a week.
Most days I eat about 300 calories, and I go to the gym 6 days a week and do cardio and weight lifting
Ummm…. I know I need to increase, but I’m terrified I’ll gain.
Will I gain if I increase up to 800-900 cals with eating clean?
Someone please answer…. I’m pretty scared.
quick edit: I know my body is in starvation mode, that’s why I’m freaking out. I’m not sure if I could handle eating 1200 calories a day yet, so I’m going to attempt 800-900.
